The session was very interesting and interactive and Caroline was excellent at bringing us out of our shells. The content was a different stance on a subject that I have covered before which was really useful. Caroline should stick with her current approach as it is effective in getting the best out of a diverse group of people.

Very well presented, coach had a lot of enthusiasm and energy. Was very helpful to understand what I could do to be more efficient and manage properly eg feedback.

The approach was fresh and new- not one I’d come across before. The questionnaire and following exercises and discussions were thought provoking and helped get me thinking about how I can perform better and enjoy work more.

I recently attended one of Caroline’s workshops on how to get more done at work. She helped us understand why we feel so inundated with tasks, how to prioritise the most important ones and how to improve overall performance. As a result, I was able to take away 3 new approaches that will make a difference. Even if I implement one, the workshop will have been more than worthwhile. Caroline led the session with great energy, built motivation and encouraged us to establish new habits that will enable us to get more done at work
