Realising and using our core strengths at work – ways of thinking, acting and being that we’re naturally good at and enjoy – accelerates progress.
1. Using an accreditated strengths profiling tool, each participant creates their own personal strengths profile.
2. Introduce the concept of strengths profiling and how playing to strengths can boost performance at work.
3. Participants get clear on what they are aiming for/need to achieve at work.
4. Each strengths profile is interpreted with respect to individuals’ goals – each delegate walks away with a clear plan as to how they can use their core strengths to achieve their goals.
In playing to their strengths, individuals deliver better results while feeling better in the process.
