Our Approach

When we talk to people about their productivity habits, we become insanely curious about what works and what doesn’t and most importantly, why.

What we’ve learned is that a ‘to do’ list on its own is never enough. But you knew that already.   It’s not just about being willing, we’ve got to be able too – try tackling a task when energy is low or stress levels are high. Without crystal clear priorities and a discipline to block out distractions we really fall behind.

Is there a better way? Yes, we’ve created it.  It consists of 3 simple steps and 1 magic ingredient.  It’s the basis of everything we recommend and it works.

ENERGISE

Being able to get things done requires time to take care of No 1. Invest in personal wellbeing, physically and mentally.

PRIORITISE

Starting with a clear understanding of why things need to be done, tasks can be quickly identified as those that impact and those that don’t.

FOCUS

Create a distraction-free zone and carve out time to focus on singular tasks. Watch productivity soar as you get more done in less time.

Supportive Habits

All easier said than done. To support best intentions we need to reduce the strain on our willpower to be ‘good’ by turning new practices into habits that happen automatically.

I found the course insightful and valuable.  Caroline makes a compelling case for achieving more by doing less and bringing energy and prioritisation to the things you do.
