In the spirit of getting things done, it’s normal to want to keep moving forward. The tool I find invaluable at this time of year is taking time to look back. Pausing to reflect on what you’ve achieved and learned in the past 12 months can offer insights crucial to shaping the direction and ultimate success of the coming year, not to mention a well deserved pat on the back for progress made. A little Christmas gift to yourself I’d say! Worth making time for.
